  4. So much money goes into researching the same "types" of disease and disorders. Combining research and funds has to be made mandatory. But I could be wrong.

  5. Discuss the effects of malpractice insurance/claims on the costs of healthcare. Are there solutions to this, such as US HHS regulation of Dx just like Rx to protect doctors?

  6. We need a system in place for patients who have signs and symptoms with no diagnosis. They run into more costs due to the lack of access to the proper specialist. There are many more challenges faced by the undiagnosed community.

  7. Malpractice insurance is for the negligent Dr. Accidents do occur and liability must be recognized but using insurance rates as the reason to not do crucial testing is negligent so.....

  8. Curing me of my condition is what I pay the doctor to do. If he can not cure me then I expect him to treat me accordingly and with due care and regard. If he does not have all the pertainent information about me, personally, then he is not using due care.
